I didn't receive the email with the pattern I purchased!
Please check the email address you used for your purchase; the pattern file is sent automatically after payment. If you don't see the email, please check your Spam or Promotions folder. How do I get my pattern after purchasing?

I never got my order, what to do?

I paid for a downloadable pattern and I couldn't download it
After purchasing certain items on the website, the pattern PDF will be delivered digitally within your order confirmation email. Keep in mind that for optimal results, the file should be downloaded onto a laptop, tablet, or PC, as attempting to download via mobile phones could potentially result in file corruption. If your download link does not appear on your confirmation email, please contact us via our Instagram @knotboo_official or lurloopofficial@gmail.com.
How can I buy your pattern?/ How can I check out?
Just add your favorite patterns to your cart, then click the cart icon, click "Checkout" and follow the steps. Once complete, you'll receive a link to download your pattern instantly!
My credit card information is correct but keeps getting declined.
- Zip code failed validation: Confirm with your bank that the address matches. - Card does not support this type of purchase: Some debit cards require a PIN. - Cross-border usage: If the card was issued outside the USA, contact your bank. - Amount must be at least $0.50 USD: Our processor requires a minimum charge of 50 cents.
Why was my credit card charged when my order was declined?
When declined, no charges exist. However, banks may place a "hold" on your card. These holds should disappear within 1 to 5 business days. This process is entirely handled by your bank.
What is the refund policy?
While digital patterns are generally non-refundable, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.
Do I need to pay taxes and fees?
We don't charge shipping fees or taxes for my PDF files, no matter where you are in the world :)
Are your patterns available in paper versions?
Knotboo is an ecological website. For environmental reasons, we do not offer a paper version. Customers can choose to print the document themselves if needed.

How can I get help with one of your patterns?
We offer support via Instagram @knotboo_official. Be sure to include the name or number of the pattern and a description of the problem.
How do I print the patterns from your site?
You can download a PDF copy to your computer and print it. We recommend Adobe Reader (https://get.adobe.com/reader/).
Can I sell something I made using your patterns?
You may NOT resell my patterns, but you are welcome to sell any items you personally make from them!
How do I know if a pattern is too difficult for me?
Beginner: Basic stitches. Easy: Simple patterns and shaping. Intermediate: More complicated diagrams. Advanced: Complex color patterns and finishing.

How do I keep yarn from unraveling for fringe?
You can apply fabric glue to the ends, knot the end of each fringe, or crochet a loop-like fringe.
What size hook should I use?
Hook size may vary depending on gauge. Please refer to your pattern for suggested size & gauge.
